On the 18th and 19th of August 2023 Axiom Insurance Company held a teambuilding at 1695 meters above sea level in the eastern Rila. The main goal of the Company's management was to get the team away from the working atmosphere and to spend two days outside Sofia for the purpose of fellowship, entertainment and relax among the beautiful nature of the eastern Rila massif.
The two days were filled with experiences that were both refreshing and enjoyable as well as challenging. In the spirit of mutual assistance and teamwork, the stimulating climb to the largest and most impressive lake in the valley took place: the Fish Lake - silent, as if hidden from view, but holding incredible beauty for the chosen ones who manage to reach it. After a short rest, the most difficult part of the trek continued with renewed strength - the ascent to the Dead Lake, inside the actual Rila Circus. The employees proved that besides insurance professionals, Axiom employs true adrenaline enthusiasts. The team's achievement was captured with a wonderful photo session.
After the exhilarating walk in the mountains, the participants celebrated the successful end of the half year with a festive dinner, immersing themselves in the magic of local cuisine and music. The kick-off was given by Ms. Tsvetelina Mihailova, CEO of Axiom Insurance Company, who shared the results for the half-year, presenting the successful implementation of the goals set since the beginning of the year and specifying new future ones, shared the progress of work on ongoing digital projects, as well as the company's strategy for growth in terms of market share and penetration on the insurance market.The most successful departments and employees were also awarded at the evening party. Talented local musicians and singers ensured the good mood of the team.
