Latest Information on Claims Related to “Robinson Tours” Ltd.

As of 12 August 2026

Insurance Company “Axiom” AD is processing the notifications and documents received in connection with tourism services that were not provided or were only partially provided and were organized by “ROBINSON TOURS” Ltd., insured with “Axiom” AD under insurance policy No. 251370068.

To date, the company has received individual notifications, package travel agreements, booking confirmations, invoices and proof of payment, correspondence with the tour operator, travel intermediaries and service providers, information on services that were provided and those that were not, details of refunds made or requested, as well as a list of tourist bookings provided by the tour operator.

The review of the submitted documents is ongoing, with the aim of linking them to specific bookings and claims, eliminating duplicate notifications, and establishing the full scope of affected persons. Additional information is also being requested and collected concerning the reasons for and circumstances surrounding the suspension or incomplete provision of the tourism services, the services actually provided, the amounts paid, refunds received, and the possible involvement of other liable parties.

At this stage, the reasons for the non-performance, the liability of the tour operator, the applicability and precise scope of the insurance coverage, and the amount of any compensation potentially payable in respect of individual claims have not yet been finally established.

The registration of a notification and acceptance of documents do not constitute an admission of liability, confirmation that insurance coverage applies, or acceptance of the amount of compensation claimed.
