Axiom Insurance Company continues to deliver strong operating results driven by all business segments
The results and the performances in 2024, as well as the Company's objectives and strategy for growth in 2025, were part of topics discussed at the Axiom Insurance Company seminar held in Catarino on the 21st and 22nd of March.
The event was attended by the HQ employees and Axiom's regional representatives, as well as senior management representatives.
CEO Tsvetelina Mihailova opened the seminar, presenting the positive results and the over 118% growth in premium income achieved in 2024, the completed projects and implemented digital functionalities, as well as the set business goals and priorities in 2025 for the business development.
During the seminar, the participants discussed in depth the sales process development of the different business lines and the execution of the set targets. They also identified the vision and strategies for successful business development in the current year in line with the demands and needs of the company's customers and partners.
The Insurance Labyrinth quiz with the participation of the special guest Niki Kanchev contributed to the team's cohesion and the cheerful atmosphere. The quiz was not only entertaining but also useful for the participants, providing new knowledge about different aspects of insurance and interesting facts and cases.
