The ten senior managers shortlisted in the prestigious Manager of the Year 2025 competition were announced today by the organizers from Manager magazine. For the 18th consecutive year, the initiative honors leaders who create, implement, and promote good management practices, high ethical standards, and social responsibility in Bulgarian business. The competition is organized by Manager magazine in partnership of EOS, Metro Advertising, Photomate, Arteks, BMW Bova Car, Mondelez, and Axiom Insurance Company—companies that share the vision of development through good practices, innovation, and corporate responsibility.
This year, over 120 companies entered the competition. The selection of finalists was based on a rigorous methodology developed by Deloitte, which included an assessment of financial indicators, management practices, and personal qualities. Ten outstanding managers from various sectors of the economy—manufacturing, trade, insurance, technology, construction, logistics, and finance—reached the final round.
