The insurance sector is entering a period of smart transformation. We are seeing three clear directions: digitalization, personalization, and sustainability. Digital technologies are no longer just a tool, but a strategic environment – customers want services "here and now" from their mobile devices. Personalization is becoming the norm – insurance solutions must reflect the customer's real lifestyle, not the other way around. And thirdly – sustainability. More and more customers, investors, and partners expect companies to think ahead, apply ESG criteria, and invest responsibly.
